Today marks the end to Base 1 Week 1 Triathlon Training

I got all my hours in this week but not all the specific
training. However, I’m happy with it and will complete 100 percent of my training this coming week. Plus, the weather forecast for Tucson has high temps in the 90s by
the end of the week. This is great news.
