Swimming: 62 Miles

Biking: 3,268 Miles

Running: 901 Miles

2014 Goals:

  • Swim: 75 Miles
  • Bike: 5,000 Miles
  • Run: 1,500 Miles


  1. Your biking miles are inspiring! I hope to ride more this year. Last year I ran 1500 miles and want to run at least that this year, too. Have a great year of training!

  2. Tina, I want to really increase my mileage on the run this year. I broke my toe last March so that didn't help. Hope you are able to meet your goal.
